Mission
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Head of Marketing ready to take on new challenges and accelerate our international development through a bold, data-driven, and results-oriented marketing strategy.
As Head of Marketing at iObeya, you will play a key role in defining and executing our growth strategy by driving qualified lead generation and strengthening our market position.
Your mission will be to contribute to iObeya’s growth by increasing our visibility, orchestrating high-performing go-to-market strategies, and structuring effective customer journeys, while building and leading an engaged and expert marketing team.
You will be responsible for the entire marketing cycle: from acquisition strategy to creating a high-performing multichannel ecosystem, optimizing our digital presence (SEO/SEA), content marketing, segmented campaigns, and close collaboration with Sales and Product teams to maximize business impact.
Your Responsabilities :
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy: Co-build with the CEO and leadership team an ambitious marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and iObeya’s positioning in key markets.
- Accelerate acquisition and growth: Design, deploy, and optimize a multichannel, data-driven acquisition strategy covering qualified lead generation, partner network development, and engagement of existing customers.
- Orchestrate high-impact marketing campaigns: Design, manage, and improve multichannel campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Content, Events, Webinars) and ABM initiatives tailored to the industrial B2B SaaS segment.
- Ensure a data-driven marketing approach: Implement indicators, tools, and processes to enable precise performance analysis (KPIs, ROI, CAC, attribution) and guide actions toward efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budget, resources, and partners: Oversee the marketing budget, supervise external providers (agencies, freelancers), and ensure consistency and quality of content to support our international visibility.
- Optimize customer experience and journey: Continuously improve the website, enhance its business impact, and guarantee a smooth, coherent, and high-performing prospect/customer journey.
- Lead and grow the marketing team: Structure, mentor, and develop a team of 6 people, including a creative studio, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure constant alignment between marketing initiatives, market needs, and product roadmap.
- Oversee international marketing operations: Drive actions in our key markets, notably in Europe and the United States, and ensure global brand and campaign consistency.
Profil recherché
This position is ideal for a candiate who...
- Has at least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in growth marketing and lead generation.
- Masters SaaS go-to-market strategies with a multichannel ABM approach, including inbound, SEO/SEA, events, social media, and content marketing.
- Possesses excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- Has a solid understanding of the U.S. market.
- Is a proven team leader, capable of motivating and developing their team.
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Is structured, strategic, rigorous, and hands-on — able to move seamlessly from vision to execution.
- (Bonus) Has knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
